The raw materials price is rmb11.4/kg in Hainan and rmb 11.9/kg in Guangdong. This week the raw materials price in Guangdong started to reduce; In Hainan, most plants the fish supply returned to normal level except a few big plants, but in Guangdong, the fish supply don’t have obviously increase, just the plants can’t afford the high price for both materials and sea freight.
Under the double pressure of both sea freight and raw materials price increase, every plant is complaining money loose. Now with more materials supply, people are pushing the materials price go down. Will see how the situation is going on.
For the sea freight, to the EU, South America and America East, they are doubled; to Israel, it increased about $2000.
