The raw materials price is rmb11/kg in Hainan and rmb 11.1-11.2/kg in Guangdong. Both Hainan and Guangdong materials price reduced. The supply quantity of materials basically returned normal for most plants in Hainan area, but the materials sizes are small which take about 20-30%; in Guangdong, the fish supply returned about 80%-90%.
With more materials supply, the plants push the materials price reduce quickly since they can’t afford more. Most of the orders signed before are calculated as the low materials price. The sea freight maybe more increase after June middle.
People estimate that there will be big volume for fish supply in Sep. or Oct.
