The raw materials price is rmb10.6/kg in Hainan and rmb 10.7/kg in Guangdong. It is basically stable at the moment; Guangdong producers want to push more for the prices, then the supply of materials become less.
Though the price of raw materials is expecting to fall, the quotation is calculated as the present materials price, not expected one. All the producers scared to quote low due to money loose from Apr.
Another reason is that there are not lacks of orders for the producers now including the delayed ones and new ones.
