The raw materials price is rmb10.6/kg in Hainan and rmb 10.8/kg in Guangdong. In Hainan, the processing has returned to normal level; but in Guangdong, there is still a shortage of raw materials and each plant is not full capacity.
People estimate the big volume of materials supply will be in Sep. or Oct., at that time, materials price maybe more decline.
Most plants orders are already to Sep. now
