The supply of raw materials was slightly higher than in September.
In Hainan, the supply was about 50%-60% of the normal days, and in Guangdong, it was about 70%-80%.
The raw materials price was RMB 10.4/kg in Hainan and RMB 10.6/kg in Guangdong. The price had reduced by RMB 0.2/kg in both regions but remained at a high level.
Some anticipated that the raw materials price might decrease to around RMB 10-10.2/kg by the end of October or November, while others believed it would stay at the current level.
Due to decreased farming, the raw materials supply was expected to be reduced by about 40% by the end of the year.
