The raw materials price is rmb 11.2/kg in Hainan and Guangdong rmb 11.6/kg. With all the plants returning to process in Guangdong area, the materials price is increasing and materials supply become less. Hainan supplies also reduced half since Guangdong collect fish from Hainan.
Will see if the materials price can be stable or some reduce in late Apr.The Wal-mart and some other supermarkets placed a few hundred containers around end of Jan., so the main capacity of most plants is engaged in Mar. and Apr. middle.
After the holiday, the sea freight to USA or EU reduced about $500, however, Israel sea freight increased about $1600.
Plants will leave for the Boston seafood show this week; will see how the situation is.
