The raw materials price is rmb 11.2-11.4/kg in Hainan and Guangdong rmb 11.5-11.6/kg. The raw materials supply is about 60% of the normal days. For the big plants, the raw materials supply is even less than half.
From the farming condition, in May and June, the shortage of raw materials will be relieved.
This year the lent season of USA will be finished around Apr. beginning, so the new purchase maybe around Apr. or May from USA. At the moment, though there are less stock from USA clients, they don’t place more orders because of the high price. As estimation, the materials price will go down in May-June, if placing orders now, the products price may go down after the cargo arrival.
