The raw materials price is rmb 11/kg in Hainan (some producers increased to rmb 11.3/kg) and Guangdong rmb 11.2/kg. This week the raw materials price has big jump. Even under present price level, the supply is not big. The more price increase, the less materials supply. The domestic market also consumes some quantity of raw materials.
