The raw materials price is rmb 11.2/kg in Hainan (some producers increased to rmb 11.6/kg) and Guangdong rmb 11.3/kg. The short materials situation will continue until May.

People speculate that the price will rise to 11.4 or 11.6 after CNY. Since after the holiday, all the plants need materials to process to guarantee the workers stable.
