The raw materials price is rmb 11.3-11.4/kg in Hainan and Guangdong rmb 11.4- 11.6/kg. Till next weekend, all the processing will be finished. This year some big farmers in Hainan will stop the fish catching in this Friday and start the holiday in advance. If no materials, plants in Hainan will stop around this weekend also, or till end of Jan.
The big size materials take about 45-50% percentage now, after the holiday, the fish size will be bigger. In Feb. or Mar., the big size fillets will be more.
