There’s an expected shortage of raw materials in the Hainan area starting next week or the week after. Currently, Hainan’s raw materials supply is about 80%, with materials of sizes 800g+ constituting approximately 50% of this. In Guangdong, material supplies are normal for now, but it’s uncertain how long this will last. With most factories having full orders before the Chinese New Year, there is a competitive rush for raw materials. The current raw materials price is RMB 10.2/kg in both Hainan and Guangdong.
